This January, Mozaik Education was delighted to host a group of teachers from Tallinna Reaalkool. Tallinna Reaalkool, or Tallinn Secondary School of Science as it is called in English, is one of the oldest schools in Tallinn. It was established in 1881 and is located very close to the old city of Tallinn.
In addition to having to adhere to the national curriculum, teachers need to motivate disinterested students, consider each student’s individual needs, build a sense of community within their classroom, and create assessments that measure both skill development and critical thinking.
